            Vigan City is conducting many activities this January. Vigan is an island, which used  to be detached from the mainland by three rivers - the great Abra River, the Mestizo River and the Govantes River. It is unique among the Philippines towns because it is the country's most extensive and only surviving historic city that dates back to the 16th century Spanish colonial period.         As a compensation, we are celebrating Vigan City Fiesta that is honour to St. Paul the Apostle, the city's patron saint,on January 25 each year. New year, new me! each new year offers an exciting opportunity for a fresh start and new beginning, which is probably why we all look forward for New Year's eve so much.         State it or not, new years's resolution is the long awaited part of celebrating new year. I am incredulous on this tradition, changing your self is not depends on what you've wrote on the piece of paper or what.    Every quarterly, we are required to make a reflection on what we had been learned. This time, my reflection on this blog is all about what I've learned on Microsoft Frontpage.     On this topic I took this hard but with the help of my teacher on ICT, the hard one become easier now.       Everyone waited this season, a season where we can rest from studies and work and a season where we can have a bonding time or vacation with the family. Christmas is the celebration of the birth of  Christ, a time for us to understand the lessons from Jesus and reflect on them.       The Christmas gift reminds us of how God gave us the gift of His son and that Jesus Christ gave us the greatest gift of all. Giving gives is meant to be a symbol of love and kindness to the people that surrounds us.       Always remember that the best gift that God gave to us is our family. The love from our family is the greatest gift from God, there's no anything materials that interconvertible because love always matter.

The RA 9262 seeks to address the prevalence of violence of violence against women and their children by their intimate partners like husband or ex-husband or ex-husband; live-in partner or former live-in partner; boyfriend/girlfriend; and dating partner. There is a penalty waiting for doing violation, they shall be punishable by imprisonment of thirty days .          Woman and children are known as the weakest than men, they are experiencing bullying in many ways: verbal bullying, sexual, harassment and many more.         Environmental protection is the practice of protecting the natural environment by individuals, organizations and governments. Since the 1960's, environmental movements have created more awareness of the various environmental problems.      Some practical tips schools can adopt:Introduce the 3 R's: reduce waste, reuse resources, and recycle materials. Organise tree planting days at school and tell them why trees are important to the environment.Encourage children to switch off all appliances and lights when not in use.       Environmental awareness means being aware of the natural environment and making choices that benefit the earth, rather than hurt it. Some of the ways to practice environmental awareness include: using safe and non-toxic building supplies, conserving energy and water, recycling, activism, and others.

         The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child adopted on 20 November 1989 is the first legally binding universal treaty solely dedicated to the promotion and protection of children’s rights. It sets out the rights that must be realized for every child the rights to survival, development, protection, and participation.
